By hiring Get a Gardener, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
4. Services Provided
Our services include:
- Lawn mowing and maintenance
- Planting and garden design
- Pruning and trimming
- Weed control and pest management
5. Appointment Scheduling
Clients can schedule appointments through our online platform or by contacting our customer service. We strive to accommodate your preferred dates and times, subject to availability.
5.1 Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in cancellation fees.
6. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due upon completion. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers.
6.1 Late Payments
Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in your invoice. Continued non-payment may result in suspension of services.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the property and specific service requirements. Ensuring access to the property at the scheduled time is also the client's responsibility.
8. Liability
While we take all necessary precautions, Get a Gardener is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our services, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
8.1 Insurance
We maintain liability insurance to cover any accidental damages. Details of our coverage can be provided upon request.
9. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Get a Gardener, including designs and documentation, remain the intellectual property of the company. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Get a Gardener operates.
11. Changes to Terms
Get a Gardener reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate the Agreement with written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding payments must be settled within 14 days.
12.1 Effects of Termination
Termination does not absolve the client from their payment obligations for services rendered prior to termination.

14. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action.
15. Force Majeure
Get a Gardener shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, or other unforeseen events.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the client and Get a Gardener regarding the use of our services.
